Overview
This program applies the concepts of business performance management as a method to strategically align and measure learning
initiatives against organizational goals and objectives. Key learning indicators (KLI) and corresponding aligned measures
are introduced. Participants learn how KLIs provide a means to monitor the progress and health of an organization’s
learning initiatives against predefined objective targets and goals. Participants acquire business tools and a thorough
understanding of how to use KLI’s to align, monitor, and execute an organization’s learning strategy.
Intended Audience
This program is designed for Chief Learning Officers (CLOs), and directors and managers of training operations for public,
private, nonprofit, and educational organizations interested in advancing their knowledge and competencies related to
critical learning processes.
