Overview
This program introduces the seven key processes associated with successful learning outsourcing initiatives and traces the
progression of each process against widely adopted training and procurement practices. Critical decision factors are
discussed to determine which learning processes are best suited for outsourcing and to identify the most appropriate
outsourcing engagement model for achieving an organization’s performance goals. Participants acquire business tools and a
thorough understanding of how to approach the decision-making and select the best outsourcing options for training
initiatives.
