Duration: 6 hours
Overview
Having a balanced portfolio of learning projects that meets the needs to the organization is as important as having a balanced financial
portfolio. Understanding how CFOs, CIOs and other organizational leaders have applied portfolio management leads to continued
operational excellence. To achieve high results, the right project evaluation framework and design process for each individual

establish the right mix of efficiency and effectiveness to meet the organization’s learning needs.
